Carbon/Poker.com Converter for Ring v.07 ready

After insuccesfully trying several approaches to convert my perl files to executables ive now done it (with Tinyperl).

If you like to get the converter (There is 3 Versions Ring/MTT/SNG):

- i will charge $5 for any of the versions or $10 for all of them. By now only the Ring-Version is released

current issues/problems:

- Some Filenames in the Hand History Folder contain the %-Symbol. I have not yet figured how to load those files in perl/xp. This happens only with MTTs.

- Input and Output format (Carbon/Absolute) sport different handling of missing Button/Blind - Players. The final version will have a work-around for this.
